Rosemary -Is perfect with chicken and lamb dishes. Many chefs said that this herb should be exclusive for the above mentioned dishes. This plant is shrub-like but you can always smell its fragrance. When harvesting, you can use a knife to cut its stems. Its leaves can be picked from its stems and used for cooking.
